Caretaking

High Shine provides a caretaking service. Caretakers tend to be utilised by buildings that require on site attendants for maintenance, cleaning, security and dealing with day to day contractors and visitors.

Our staff manage meter readings and oil deliveries for boilers as well as routinely checking water temperatures of a building. Other duties include perimeter checks and any health and safety checks such as fire escapes, man safe systems and issue rooftop permits or site paperwork.

High Shine delivers a professional, trustworthy and reliable caretaking service to ensure your health and safety regulations are adhered to; your building and assets are protected, and ongoing maintenance is taken care of.
