Safety and professionalism come first at all times. High Shine is CHAS and Safe Contractor accredited. On successful tender we will provide all site RAMS specific to your site. We are fully insured and provide re-fresher training annually with our staff.

How do we monitor quality?

We use an app based QA system. It schedules an audit designed specifically for the customer’s site. The system allows us to audit buildings, take pictures and forward instructions to our operatives. Each task in a given area is checked; each area is given a percentage based on those checks. Each audit provides KPI’s of which report’s can be emailed directly to our cleaners and clients.
The system identifies weak areas, and patterns so that we can be proactive in tweaking any task or area of the contract.
